What You Will Do • Partner with regional and store leaders, providing guidance on people matters and ensuring consistent delivery of M&S standards across employee relations, talent, recruitment, onboarding, development and colleague experience. • Lead the regional People Plan with a focus on performance, capability building, cultural development and colleague engagement. • Coach and develop leaders to build high performing teams, strengthen succession pipelines and support organisational change through clear communication and colleague support. • Use data and insight to inform decisions, identify opportunities for improvement and enhance regional and store performance. • Work collaboratively with central People teams, promote M&S behaviours, build strong relationships across stores and support continuous improvement through inclusion, feedback and cultural development. Who You Are • An experienced People Partner or HR professional from a multi-site or fast paced environment, commercially aware and able to connect people activity with business outcomes. • A skilled coach and influencer, able to work effectively with senior leaders, provide constructive challenge and build strong, trusting relationships at all levels. • Competent in using data and insight to inform decisions, drive improvements and support prioritisation across a broad regional remit. • Resilient, adaptable and effective in environments with continual variety and change, with strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain focus. • Committed to creating a positive colleague experience, supporting inclusion and contributing to a workplace culture where people can perform at their best.
