About the Role Regional People Partner responsibilities include supervising local HR teams and implementing company policies. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of labor regulations and experience as a human resources generalist. This position will be responsible for the Sumatera Utara region and requires high mobility. Job Description Fulfill Manpower Planning (MPP) requirements in the branch to support the achievement of branch work targets. Process all employee-related administrative tasks in the branch in accordance with applicable regulations, minimizing the risk of irregularities. Conduct socialization and implement all People and Culture programs within the assigned branches to support the achievement of Regional People Partner targets. Manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Collaborate with management and employees to improve working relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention.
