ABOUT THE JOB
Based at the Mandarin Oriental Corporate Office within Commercial Performance Marketing & eCommerce Department in London, the Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe supports strategy and execution of global digital marketing for the group’s European hotels, enabling the growth of both rooms and auxiliary revenue via the brand website, MandarinOriental.com.
The role is responsible for coordinating the digital activities of the European hotels, aligning both the overarching performance marketing strategy and the local nuances that must be built into the unique performance marketing approach.
The Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe prioritises innovation within performance marketing, utilising customer targeting and carefully-created marketing content to generate demand. The role generates demand via intelligent, highly-targeted performance marketing activity, seeking to grow new customers and drive increased Group share vs. brand competitor set.
The Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe reports to the Regional Performance Marketing Director Europe.
