Analyse internal Waythrough data sets and make subsequent recommendations, with support from the Director of Pharmacy, in line with best practice guidelines and Waythrough policies and procedures. Support the Director of Pharmacy in developing and implementing action plans to achieve and maintain performance targets, KPIs, and appropriate quality standards. Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy, Regional/National Leads, and Clinical Service Leads to develop and deliver clinically safe and effective services, ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory, and professional bodies requirements. Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures by supporting working parties, delivering staff training, and implementing these policies at regional or service level.
