Role Summary and Impact The Booking.com account is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Planning Coordinator to join our EUAU Regional Planning Hub. As a Regional Planning Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and analytical support to the Regional Planning Manager, assisting in the development and execution of cross-channel media plans across key European and Australian markets. Administrative Support: Assist the Regional Planning Manager with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project timelines. Coordinate communication between local market teams and the Regional Planning Manager. Maintain and organize project documentation, including media plans, reports, and contracts. Process invoices and track budget expenditures. Data & Reporting: Assist in the collection and analysis of media performance data. Prepare reports on campaign performance, highlighting key trends and insights. Maintain databases of media contacts and market information. Support the Regional Planning Manager and Operations team in conducting competitive analysis. Media Planning Support: Assist in the development of media plans by researching media options and gathering market data. Support the Regional Planning Manager in briefing local market teams and media partners. Track media placements and ensure campaigns are running according to plan. General Support: Provide general administrative support to the EUAU Regional Planning Hub team. Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed. The Ideal Candidate: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eager to learn and develop new skillsets. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Interest in media planning, digital marketing, and the travel industry. Essential Criteria: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Performance Measures: Accuracy and timeliness of administrative tasks. Quality and completeness of reports and data analysis. Effectiveness in supporting the Regional Planning Manager and the EUAU Regional Planning Hub team. Proactive identification and resolution of issues. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Desired Skills and Experiences: Experience with media planning tools and platforms. Familiarity with data visualization tools Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and terminology. Experience with budget tracking and invoice processing.
