Job Description Gathers deep knowledge about regional product requirements for specific trades & volume segments Defines portfolio need for specific trade / volume segment for the region. Contributes to successful and efficient implementation of projects in regional product management. Actively contributes to the business success for the respective trades & volume segments in a region. Identifies user, dealer, sales & competitor insights for the respective trades & volume segments in a region and translates this into product demand. Ensures methodological excellence when generating user & market insights. Provides and supports with reliable volume forecasts for new products to the business unit. Contributes to the global product management team with regional insights across the development process. Supports the global product management team in the go-to-market phase within PIF. Monitors the regional business situation (market shares, competitor activities, etc.) Qualifications Relevant University degree (Bachelor, Master) – Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. Very good knowledge of respective target groups and their product portfolio. Strong methodological skills in identifying user insights and having practical experience in User Experience (UX) and design thinking methods. Proficient experience in Marketing & Sales knowledge - ideally in Global Product Marketing. Work experience in intercultural and across regional teams. Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communicator and comfortable in making decision, result orientation and possess high analytical skills.
