We are currently hiring for a Relief Full Time Regional Practice Lead, Research and Knowledge Translation to join our team at the Central City Tower located in Surrey, B.C. This position is available until approximately January 30, 2026 or until the return of the incumbent.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Master’s degree in a health or social science field, including training and/or experience in health services research, research methods, and knowledge translation and exchange plus a minimum of eight years of experience is required in health services delivery, management, research, or quality and quality improvement, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
PROFESSIONAL/TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES:
The Regional Practice Lead, Research and Knowledge Translation works in partnership across the organization to lead, cultivate, and facilitate a range of knowledge translation activities, enhancing the use of evidence in practice and decision-making. The Lead is an advocate and active role model for scholarly practice, raising the profile and engagement of research, evidence-informed practice/decision-making, and knowledge translation in the geographic area. The Lead services Fraser Health broadly by supporting individuals and teams, within and across Fraser Health, through the provision of mentorship, guidance, support, and expertise in knowledge mobilization and research-related activities and functions as an expert and liaison to the research community provincially and nationally. The Lead is responsible for supervising and managing knowledge mobilization and research-related (funded and unfunded) activities; promoting collaborative research partnerships; assisting in the development of policy, procedures, and guidelines related to implementing research evidence into practice; and working with other Health Authorities in BC to capitalize on province-wide research and knowledge translation opportunities.
