JOB SUMMARY

The Regional Practice Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Operations. The Regional Practice Manager will support the day-to-day operations of healthcare centers in their Region, utilizing best practices and continuous improvement techniques to maximize efficiency and care quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated progressive experience, with 5 years in healthcare clinic operations - preferably Primary Care or Family Medicine - and developing a performance culture among a group of diverse, talented individuals.
  • Experience documenting and developing policies and procedures
  • Experience directly training and supervising medical assistants, nurses, or phlebotomists
  • Ability to connect clinical staff both on an individual level and in groups; capacity to enforce accountability, develop and empower staff.
  • Familiarity with health center compliance standards
  • Strong background in value-based care, quality management, performance improvement
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Electronic Health Records, and budgeting tools

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • BS in Healthcare Administration, required
  • Licensed Nurse (RN, LPN, LVP) preferred
