The Regional Practice Marketing Leader will grow, scale and lead a dynamic Marketing & Communications team to build value across a diverse client base, while driving commercial growth for some of our Marsh LAC lines of business, and promoting collaboration between all the Marsh McLennan businesses. This leader will define, drive and execute our Marketing strategy for our specialized practices within Marsh, aimed at generating superior impact in our clients´ growth.
This position is a strategic business partner and leadership advisor, both for clients and colleagues´ engagement, enhancing our brand and value propositions to drive growth and deliver results. It requires a great passion for our client´s needs, bringing our purpose to life in all we do: Build the Confidence to Thrive, through the Power of Perspective.
We look for a season professional, with solid Marketing knowledge and leadership skills, able to inspire with vision and enthusiasm, drive change, build solid and trustworthy relationships, and unlock people’s full potential with resiliency, humanity and humility. The position will report to our regional Chief Marketing Officer.
The ideal candidate will have strong operational capabilities, outcome-oriented, a creative problem solver, highly collaborative with a track record in working in complex and multicountry organizations. At different times, they will be a strategist, advisor, project manager, critical/creative thinker, storyteller, and communication expert.
