What you will do... Supervise a staff of 6 intermittent and permanent employees Responsible for the direct management of 19+ preserves in a 9-county region Prepare and track operational and capital budget for all activities in Region 4, SE DNAP Conduct all preventative maintenance and repair activities for all buildings, equipment, vehicles, infrastructure, and trails on all managed sites within Region 4 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports Represent DNAP and ODNR with partners, civic groups, other state and federal agencies Starting hourly pay of $32.35/hr. with multiple pay increases over your first 6.5 years of service, with an end salary of $46.09/hr. There may also be cost of living adjustments (COLA) applied. Longevity pay supplements begin after five (5) years of state service.
