Your Tasks Contribute to the implementation of our Paper Machine Service Strategy Lead paid / unpaid machine or section audits to gain performance understanding Define feasible technical solutions to target performance improvements with a special focus on a differentiation approach Calculate the value contribution of our solution and focus on convincing our customer on the importance of improving Always consider the value proposition of our solutions Present findings and technical proposals to customers Analyze the demand for paper machine products and services Analyze competitor strengths & weaknesses Analyze and identify the critical factors influencing the implementation of our strategy Analyze and identify our product differentiation criteria Identify our combined ANDRITZ potential across our Pulp & Paper business areas Support sales strategies with a focus on a differentiation approach Guide and support our R&D efforts to achieve a preferred supplier position by identifying trends and technologies in the market Your Profile Completed university degree in paper-making, engineering or a comparable qualification. Several years of proven experience in the paper industry working on machine optimizations / rebuilds. Strong strategic thinking, entrepreneurial action, and strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as intercultural competence. Enhanced customer focus to develop our business. Proven success in developing and implementing growth strategies within a service-driven business. Fluency in written and spoken English; other foreign languages are an advantage.
