REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or related field.
  • Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council (SPC) – mandatory.
  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with oncology products and regional pharmaceutical market dynamics will be highly advantageous.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional role, with occasional travel within ASEAN

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Regional Procurement Engineer who is a Registered Pharmacist (SPC-registered) to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on procurement activities across the ASEAN region , with a strong emphasis on oncology-related pharmaceutical products . You will play a key role in driving supplier management, sourcing strategy, and ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting business growth in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead procurement activities for pharmaceutical products, with a primary focus on oncology-related items, across ASEAN markets.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely supply.
  • Collaborate with regional suppliers, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends, product availability, and pricing strategies within oncology and pharmaceutical segments.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including SPC regulations.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.Support business development teams with procurement insights and product availability assessments.
