About the Role:

As Regional Procurement Manager for corporate spend, you’ll lead strategic sourcing initiatives and drive supplier performance for high-impact projects in UK & Ireland — all from our vibrant Prague hub. This is your opportunity to influence global operations, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and bring innovation to life in a company that’s reimagining medicine.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7–10 years of working experience in procurement, ideally within the corporate spend categories. The knowledge of UK and Ireland market is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage senior stakeholders and lead global negotiations with suppliers.
  • Good understanding of operations and business culture of a multinational company.
  • Team player, collaborator and ability to work in virtual teams and with remote stakeholders.
  • Strong sense for independence and self-drive.
  • Curious mind and high motivation to learn.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Team lead or mentoring experience would be beneficial.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead sourcing plans, negotiations and deliver savings targets aligned with category strategy.
  • Develop and execute category strategies for corporate spend categories.
  • Manage supplier relationships and resolve performance issues promptly.
  • Define specifications and support demand management for corporate spend categories.
  • Drive business planning and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor supplier performance using consistent KPIs and feedback loops.
  • Collect and analyze supplier data across divisions and business partners.
  • Create and manage major contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Communicate negotiated contracts and ensure consistent application.
  • Oversee budget and total spend management and resource allocation for procurement activities.
