Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You will be responsible for leading the regional product marketing strategy, working with the Bulgarian and regional Marketing teams to execute high-impact go-to-market campaigns, shape compelling product messaging, and drive business growth in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will be a key driver in positioning our products effectively to the region, enabling sales teams, and ensuring our marketing efforts resonate with target audiences. This is a strategic leadership role where you will collaborate cross-functionally to enhance our market presence and deliver measurable results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Develop and execute the regional product marketing strategy.

  • Build compelling regional marketing strategies that drive engagement both product and, brand awareness, customer engagement and deliver tangible results
  • Drive regional specific tailoring to the product marketing lifecycle, responsible for product KPIs and actioning data-driven campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement and retention within the region
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Align messaging across multiple business units to ensure consistency and effectiveness

THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, strategy, or content marketing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience creating compelling content and presentations
  • Strategic mindset, capable of aligning marketing efforts with broader business objectives
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to drive data-informed decision-making
  • Experience in fintech and payments would be considered an advantage
  • Fluent in English
