Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Regional Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team and drive our market presence in Europe and at “to be defined” global accounts. This individual will be in our Munich sales office (Aschheim) and will collaborate with the Regional Marketing team and cross-functional teams within the Standard Products Division to execute marketing strategies tailored to specific regional markets. The position involves executing campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and coordinating efforts to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. The Regional Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) will work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with opportunities for learning and growth This Regional Marketing role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-impact area of the business, while contributing to the success of regional marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Product Marketing & Planning: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with product, program, and business objectives Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic positioning Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain competitive advantage Demand Generation & Sales Enablement: Drive demand generation and deliver high-quality marketing qualified leads through tactical campaigns for new and existing portfolio products and market segments Support sales teams with technical expertise, customer relationship management for new and existing customers, and territory development with current products Participate in business negotiations to capture new opportunities and maximize profitability, providing feedback to the Division Content & Communications: Develop, maintain, and organize marketing content for internal teams (Sales, Distribution, and Management) and customer engagement initiatives Ensure all content is current and aligned with sales and distribution needs Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Distribution, Product Marketing, Planning, and Customer Service teams to ensure customer success and revenue targets Provide technical support and application guidance to Sales and Distribution partners Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to maintain competitive market positioning and pricing strategies Qualifications Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or some other technical discipline At least 3-5 years of experience in technical marketing, preferably in a regional or local marketing role Experience with CRM Tools Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English. Other languages are a plus.
