Description The Regional Production Manager oversees and coordinates production operations across multiple locations within an assigned region. This role ensures that all locations meet quality standards, production targets, and safety requirements while driving efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Regional Production Manager provides leadership to production managers and production teams, aligning regional goals with company objectives to achieve operational excellence. Requirements Key Responsibilities Oversee production operations across multiple locations within the region. Develop and implement strategies to meet production goals, quality standards, and customer demands. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency, quality, safety, and cost. Lead, mentor, and support production team members and support Branch Managers as needed, collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and waste reduction. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all locations. Manage budgets, control costs, and prepare regular operational and financial reports for senior leadership. Standardize best practices across plants to ensure consistency and efficiency. Act as a liaison between multiple locations and corporate leadership, communicating updates, challenges, and achievements. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in production or operations management, with at least 2 years in a multi-site or regional leadership role (preferred but not required). Strong knowledge of the construction industry and quality systems. Proven track record of achieving production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills. Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
