Company: Marsh Corporate Description: Marsh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Program Manager – Business Transformation Support. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will be a hybrid role, combining work from home and the office. As a Regional Program Manager supporting our business transformation initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating complex, multi-country projects focused on driving strategic business transformation and delivering measurable business outcomes. This is a matrix position reporting directly to the Global Transformation Office Leader, with a dotted line to local senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment across regions and functions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across regions to influence and share best practices in business transformation. We will count on you to: Lead and coordinate large-scale business transformation programs for Europe, ensuring alignment with global business strategies and objectives Develop and execute comprehensive program management plans tailored to business transformation, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies Engage with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in, facilitate effective communication, and support change management activities specific to business transformation efforts Monitor progress of individual business transformation projects within the portfolio, proactively identify potential issues, and escalate concerns as needed to ensure successful delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams from different countries in Europe to achieve business transformation goals and provide regular updates to senior leadership and global teams What you need to have: 7+ years of experience in program or project management within a multinational or matrix organization, with a strong focus on business transformation Proven success in managing large-scale business transformation initiatives that drive organizational change and business growth Experience with business transformation disciplines including portfolio management, change management, and process optimization Excellent command of English, both written and spoken Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultural environments Ability to identify and address change resistance with a diverse group of sponsors to ensure business transformation success What makes you stand out: Certification in Program/Project Management Certification or hands-on experience with large-scale business transformation initiatives Experience working in a global or regional business transformation environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to lead complex business transformation initiatives in fast-paced, dynamic settings Why join our team: We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work, and supportive leaders.
