ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you ready to lead transformational change across a dynamic and evolving organisation? We’re looking for a Regional Programme Manager (RPM) to drive the deployment and realisation of our integrated transformation strategy across a designated region.
Reporting in to the Head of Portfolio, you will lead a team of Deployment Managers, working collaboratively with senior operational leaders and central transformation teams. You’ll challenge conventional thinking, integrate strategic initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of a regional transformation plan that delivers sustainable results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Deployment Managers to deliver sustainable change and realise programme benefits.
  • Own and deploy the integrated transformation plan regionally, incorporating national and local project requirements.
  • Champion the transformation narrative across the region, fostering engagement and minimising disruption.
  • Collaborate with central functions to deliver financial and people benefits, including headcount reductions.
  • Align transformation plans with annual business plans, managing change load and integration.
  • Provide input to deployment design of critical projects and share learnings to enhance future deployments.
  • Establish regional programme governance and assurance aligned with national activity.
  • Monitor and adjust the critical path, resources, and funding to optimise deployment.
  • Customise regional reporting on progress against deliverables.
  • Ensure the team is well-resourced, trained, and directed to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Maintain delivery data sources and tools to support efficient structural revisions.
