Regional Programme Manager – Unsecured Loans The Programme Management team is a high performing unit, playing a vital role in supporting the SMEs by delivering innovative solutions to help business owners realise their ambitions. With the changing landscape in consumer behaviour, reinforced by technological advances, banking has also transformed. The role We are seeking an experienced individual to join the Program Management team. This role reports to Lead – Unsecured Loans Programme Management, under Global Enterprise Banking. This individual will work closely with government agencies, external partners, in addition to business, technology and other stakeholders within the bank. As a Lending Programme Manager, you will lead some of the highest impact initiatives and projects in transforming the way we develop business loans to help customers achieve their business dreams. You will also be responsible in identifying business owners’ differentiated needs as they grow and curate the solutions they need. We like creative and innovative team members that are comfortable with pushing the boundaries, try new things, embrace failure, and learn fast. Roles & Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and feedback, translating this into loan product features and campaign mechanics Oversee end-to-end delivery of loan campaigns within project timelines, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system and project enhancements Conceptualise & execute the digital transformation of unsecured business loans to deliver delightful end-to-end customer experience. Analyse, review and monitor campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for product innovation and growth Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting to government agencies to meet regulatory, legal and compliance requirements Demonstrate the success in collaboration and lead the roll out of solutions with clear metrics and impact Reporting to: Lead, Unsecured Lending Programme Management Tertiary education with min. 5 years of working experience preferably in SME Banking and / or Product Management Able to communicate ideas and views eloquently in presentation and writing Strategic thinker yet detailed oriented. Able to distil insights from data. Self-motivated & takes initiative, do not shy away from the hard stuff Possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and execute strategic product initiatives Empathy for customers / business owners What we offer: Competitive base salary.
