How you make a difference:
The Regional Project Manager is responsible for managing projects, developing project plans, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The Regional Project Manager ensures projects are completed efficiently by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and resources. Additional duties include conducting needs analyses, supporting transitions, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Regional travel and flexibility in project management style are essential components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional and site-level projects from planning through implementation, including strategic and corrective action plans.
  • Develop, document, and manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain project documentation such as charters, RAID logs, and RACI matrices.
  • Prepare and deliver client-facing reports and presentations on project status.
  • Conduct needs analysis, gather requirements, and ensure effective communication and confidentiality in line with company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related degree.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Project Management role
  • Strong written communication skills & ability to clearly articulate project requirements, analysis and recommendations to IT/reporting, financial, clinical & operations teams.
  • Strong MS Office, including Excel, skills.
  • Medical and or Correctional industry knowledge/experience mandatory
  • Change management experience preferred
