Job Description Role Responsibilities: Develop and implement communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project processes and key accountabilities.​ Update and comply with routine reporting, monitoring, and tracking systems. ​ Produce routine updates for each project and maintenance activities and escalate risks as necessary to the Operations Facilities Manager/Lead.​ Ensure all projects are completed to the agreed company format and standard.​ To be the point of contact for any reactive maintenance issues raised within the area of accountability, ensuring works are quoted and completed satisfactorily within budget.​ Ensure all maintenance activities align with company standards and legislative requirements.​ Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project, maintenance delivery and customer satisfaction.​ Monitor and track Project Costs to budget, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
