What We're Looking For The person who is ready for this opportunity will have the following: Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively with others Excellent interviewing and communicating skills Experience assisting disadvantaged people Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams with diverse roles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to complete tasks on a timely basis Ability to prepare contracts and monitor budgets Excellent analytical and negotiating skills Requirements College Degree preferred Minimum of four years' experience in managing multi-family housing, including at least two years in a supervisory capacity Detailed compliance knowledge of affordable housing programs including LIHTC, HUD, RD 515 and HOME Ability to travel Knowledge of general accounting principles Proficient in use of Microsoft Office products Click HERE to view the full Regional Property Manager job description. This is a full-time (37.5 hours/week), exempt position. Pay range is $80,000 - $95,000 annually. Work Location This is an on-site position which requires regular travel between properties throughout the Southern region, including those south of Saco, ME and into New Hampshire.
