The Regional Property Manager should have 3+ years of experience in property management and have supervisory experience.
The Regional Property Manager should have experience with affordable housing/HUD.
The Regional Property Manager should have experience with budgeting.
The Regional Property Manager should have a personality that is personable and a good communicator.

• Familiarity with HUD regulations and affordable housing compliance standards.
