Full-time Dental, Life, Medical, Vision, Simple IRA, Employee Education Program, Professional Development $115,638.00-$128,372.00 Overview 1st Commercial Realty Group, INC a growing commercial property management company with over 50 million square feet of properties under contract and is seeking applicants to fill the position of Regional Property Manager in our Pacific Northwest region. Position Summary: The Regional Property Manager (RPM) will be leading teams in multiple office, (possibly multiple states) developing team skills, communicating with clients, sourcing new talent and driving the performance and growth goals of the region. The RPM will promote 1st Commercial’s culture and core values throughout the offices. Help each team to develop and achieve their goals. Ensure that team and client Key Measurement standards are maintained. This position will be based in a Pacific Northwest office and report to the VP of Property Management. This RPM will be expected to form a strong working relationship with the VP of Management, each of the office teams, other RPM’s, the accounting department, and the training department. Responsibilities Primary objective is to maintain a strong culture and mindset of teamwork utilizing FCRG’s four core values. (Respect, Support, Accountability, Quality) Be the coach, leader, and role model to the property management team in their region. Establish and track goals and measurables for every team member. Establish 1-to-1’s with all direct reports plus perform semi-annual performance evaluations and career track checks for all team members. Visit each team regularly and each key client quarterly. Build strong relationships between the team and clients. Monthly travel will be required. Support the expansion of existing offices and new markets. Track excess capacity of managers and anticipate needs from the Business Development pipeline. ***Source new talent for all positions in all regions***. Ensure the smooth on-boarding process of new clients, accounts and team members. Supervise and improve the Budget and CAM Rec process. Final review of budgets and CAM Recs with an “Asset Management” eye prior to release to clients. (Will need to work extended hours during budget and CAM rec season) Supervise and improve the monthly reporting process. Interact with Training Dept on scheduling monthly Lunch-N-Learns and training. Interact with key clients. Oversight on their important issues (Leasing, cash flow issues, new construction, lawsuits, refi, sale). Manage clients’ expectations from their approved budgets. Provide support to PM’s on high level issues. Perform "Asset Management" level services, i.e. Lease negotiations, Due Diligence. Qualifications 15+ years of commercial property management experience. 10+ years leasing, sales, investment, and construction. 5+ years supervising team members in multiple offices. Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance or Real Estate) CPM, CCIM or equivalent designation. Real estate brokers license in CA and at least one other state.
