• Hold a Degree in Building Surveying or similar technical qualification or relevant experience (HND HNC)
• Professional Membership (preferred)
• Be experienced in working legal disrepair within social housing and have experience with NHF schedule of rates
• Be experienced with disrepair report writing ensuring all items outlined in letter of claim are documented and works evidenced following on from completion
• Possess strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills
• Have up to date knowledge of Health & Safety Act 1974 and Housing Act 1985 and other legislation relevant to the role
