We are seeking full-time Regional Recruiters to support a federal customer. The recruiters will serve as an integral extension of the customers talent acquisition team, providing regionally focused recruitment support and outreach across the United States. This is a high-impact, mission-driven opportunity to support the recruitment of qualified candidates into the workforce.

Responsibilities

Each recruiter will operate within an assigned region and be responsible for:

  • Partnering with existing collateral recruiters to expand and strengthen recruitment efforts.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local:
  • Colleges and universities
  • Military installations
  • Community organizations and career centers
  • Representing customer at hiring events, job fairs, career days, and other recruitment-related activities.
  • Providing direct, on-the-ground support during regional recruitment campaigns.
  • Acting as a liaison within local communities to promote awareness of career opportunities and agency initiatives.
  • Assisting in executing targeted outreach strategies in support of national and regional hiring goals.
