Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Recruitment Managers to lead Curtin’s international student recruitment efforts across South Asia. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage key relationships with Curtin’s registered agents, schools, and partners within the region.
Acting as Curtin’s representative to a broad international audience, you will play a critical role in implementing strategic recruitment plans and policies, driving student engagement, and achieving enrolment targets. This position requires a high level of autonomy, cultural awareness, and expertise in international education markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop opportunities for market development and expansion of international student recruitment in designated regions.
  • Collaborate with International Recruitment Consultants to develop and implement effective conversion strategies for the region.
  • Promote all Curtin courses, campuses, articulation agreements and evaluate all recruitment activities in designated regions, providing accurate, relevant, and up-to-date information.
  • Ensure coordination across University, Faculty, Regional, and Recruitment plans through ongoing consultation with Regional Deans, Deans International, and aligned Global Curtin teams.
  • Manage, monitor, and report on the service delivery of Curtin’s international agents in their region, adhering to relevant contracts and established KPIs.
  • Establish and nurture networks with Curtin staff, government representatives, industry associates, feeder and pathway institutions for effective recruitment in designated regions.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • As this is a continuing (permanent) role, you will require permanent work rights in Australia to be considered

    Global Curtin
    Global Curtin has responsibility for university wide leadership, planning, support and coordination of Curtin’s international activities. This includes the development of alliances with universities overseas, student recruitment and admissions, student sponsors, alternative pathways for non-qualified applicants, policy formulation, and monitoring and quality assurance of transnational education activities.
