REQUIREMENTS

  • Two to four years of experience in marketing or PR, ideally within the luxury hospitality or real estate sectors.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with additional fluency in Arabic strongly preferred.
  • An excellent communicator, skilled at crafting clear and compelling messages for varied audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM and social media management tools.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have strong attention to detail.
  • A natural sense of brand alignment and a passion for luxury storytelling.
Responsibilities

ROLE

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Regional Residences Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team in Dubai, supporting Aman’s prestigious residential projects across the Middle East. Reporting to the Regional Director of Residences Marketing & Communications, EMEA, this role plays a vital part in shaping high-impact marketing and PR initiatives that reflect Aman’s timeless brand values of peace, privacy, and understated elegance.
Working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and development partners, you will ensure that campaigns, collateral, and communications are flawlessly executed and aligned with Aman’s standards and commercial objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the creation and adaptation of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and design partners to deliver high-quality creative assets on schedule.
  • Support the implementation of digital, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and social media campaigns in line with the regional marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate PR and media activity, including drafting press materials, monitoring coverage, and liaising with agencies to maximise exposure.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Manage administrative and reporting tasks, including budget tracking, invoicing, asset management, and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with sales, development, and corporate teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning for each project.
