REQUIREMENTS

  • Two to four years of experience in marketing or PR, ideally within the luxury hospitality or real estate sectors.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage.
  • Highly skilled in written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt tone and style to varied audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM and social media management tools.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong sense of brand alignment and an eye for excellence.
Responsibilities

ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Regional Residences Marketing & Communications Executive to join our team in Dubai, supporting Janu’s pioneering residential projects across the Middle East. Reporting to the Regional Director of Residences Marketing & Communications, EMEA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-impact marketing and PR initiatives that embody the Janu spirit of connection, balance, and energy.
This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and development partners to ensure that campaigns, collateral, and communications reflect Janu’s identity and contribute to the success of our growing residential portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the creation and adaptation of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and design partners to deliver high-quality creative assets on schedule.
  • Support the implementation of digital, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and social media campaigns in line with the regional marketing calendar.
  • Coordinate PR and media activities, including drafting press materials, media monitoring, and liaising with agencies to maximise coverage.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic marketing decisions.
  • Manage administrative and reporting tasks, including budget tracking, invoicing, asset management, and performance dashboards.
  • Collaborate with sales, development, and corporate teams to ensure consistent messaging and positioning for each project.
