Position Summary Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness Center of Spartanburg is searching for a dynamic and adaptable Regional Respiratory Therapist to join our clinical team. This unique role is designed for a clinician who enjoys variety and is passionate about providing high-quality respiratory care across multiple care settings. You will be responsible for rotating between our facilities in the upstate area to provide supplemental support, conduct specialized assessments and ensure clinical excellence in respiratory therapy. Posted Salary Range USD $33.00 - USD $36.00 /Hr. Wage Commensuration The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Duties & Responsibilities Perform respiratory treatments including nebulizer therapy, chest physiotherapy, and oxygen administration at various assigned locations. Manage and monitor CPAP/BiPAP machines and other equipment for residents with complex needs. Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans. Qualifications & Requirements Must be Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) with valid, unencumbered license to practice in state. Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred) Minimum of 1 – 2 years of clinical experience in hospital, long term acute (LTACH) or skilled nursing setting Reliable transportation and valid drivers license for travel between sites Prefer experience with geriatric respiratory care and tracheostomy management Strong independent problem solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different cultures and layouts.
