WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate store teams to smash sales targets and deliver operational excellence.
Own the Numbers: Take charge of regional P&L, sales forecasting, budgeting, and cost control — your business, your results.
Grow the Brand: Scout out new store locations, negotiate leases, and support exciting store launches.
Build People Power: Recruit, train, and develop a winning workforce. Your leadership fuels our success.
Create WOW Customer Moments: Set high standards, handle escalated issues, and champion excellent customer service.
Keep It Running Smoothly: Oversee stock management, visual merchandising, compliance, and health & safety.

YOU’LL TOTALLY SMASH THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

✅ A proven leader with 5+ years retail management experience (including 2 years managing multiple sites). References will be required.
✅ A degree in Retail Management or equivalent retail know-how.
✅ Fluent English, strong analytical skills, and Microsoft Office prowess.
✅ A full UK driving license and your own wheels — ready to hit the road and lead!
✅ GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) — because numbers and words matter.
