      Requisition ID: 262780 Join a purpose driven winning team, committed to results, in an inclusive and high-performing culture.  Responsible to lead the retail team to contribute to the profitable growth of the Prime & Scotia Dealer Advantage portfolios, developing new and maintaining existing Dealer and Manufacturer Indirect Retail business in line with short and long-range Bank objectives and policies. Accountabilities Develop tactical strategies for the market area of dealers to develop and execute on a marketing/calling program within assigned market area of dealers to reach established business development targets and deepening client awareness on Scotiabank’s value proposition. Manage team in accordance with the work processes and expectations as defined within the role description and in accordance with the Seller Behavior Expectations, achieving the minimum standards as it pertains to both partner and non-partner dealers. Maintains a high market profile within the assigned regional area with both internal and external contacts by building and maintaining relationships with key dealers, strategic partners and contacts; representing the Business Line at various industry and association functions including participation in speaking engagements to further regional business development. Be the subject matter expert on all sales processes, bank cross sell opportunities and joint call opportunities in order to maintain, improve, grow and retain the relationship. Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions. Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective area, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct. We’d love to work with you if you have:    Undergraduate degree in business or marketing management or work equivalency.  Minimum 3 years of sales management Minimum 2 years of sales experience  Demonstrated competency of financial analysis, risk analysis techniques, credit adjudication and lending policies and procedures for Indirect Retail business lines.
