Description:

The Role
Responsibilities: ? Monitor key logistics indicators of the inbound and outbound flow of goods. ? Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple store warehouses within the ME region, ensuring effective inventory control, order fulfillment, and store replenishment. ? Monitor and improve warehouse productivity, ensuring adherence to company standards and customer expectations. ? Implement and monitor systems for efficient stock management, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping and store replenishment. ? Ensure the proper utilization of warehouse space, equipment, and labor to optimize productivity and reduce costs. ? Implement changes to improve the quality of work and productivity. ? Calculate, implement and control the resource plan. ? Lead, Train and Motivate warehouses managers, across various locations, fostering a positive and productive work environment. ? Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide ongoing coaching and professional development opportunities for the team. ? Schedule and manage warehouse staffing needs, ensuring optimal coverage during peak periods. ? Take an active participation in Stores openings preparation and successful launch of operation. ? Search for suppliers of warehouse equipment Organization of signing contracts Maintaining documentation on suppliers (creation and approval in the system); ? Creating and maintaining a budget for the purchase of warehouse equipment. ? Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies. ? Implement loss prevention strategies, manage shrinkage and control expiration of products levels to minimize financial impact. ? Develop and manage the warehouse budget for the region, ensuring cost-effective operations and identifying areas for potential savings. ? Monitor operational costs, including labor, equipment, and inventory handling, to meet cost control objectives. ? Analyze performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, on-time shipments, and labor productivity. ? Comply with the terms of the trade secrets Non-Disclosure agreement of the Company (work methods, etc.) in the team, as well as when communicating with any third party. Do not disclose the information about salary within the team or during contact with any third party. ? Contribute to create favorable business and moral environment in the Company. ? Comply with the terms of orders, instructions, regulations of the Company. ? Comply with business ethics while communicating with colleagues and contracting parties. ? Strive for self-development and constantly improve your skills and professional level. ? Comply with the requirements of the direct manager regarding participating in and participate in regular corporate training conducted by the Company, including through the platform for distance learning. Execute the individual plan of development agreed by the Company. ? Go on business trips due to production necessity. ? Comply with labor and production discipline, labor protection rules and regulations, sanitation and hygiene requirements, fire safety requirements and civil defense. ? Requirements
Requirements: ? Solid understanding of the supply chain and aspects related to work in a warehouse ? Vocational education ? Proven experience (2 years) in logistic/commercial/Supply Chain management preferably in big retailers ? Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. ? Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. ? Advanced user of MS Office (Excell, Word, etc.) ? Knowing of: - Organizing paperwork - Organizational structure - Standards of business communication and etiquette - Safety regulations and best practices in warehouse and logistics operations. - Rules and instructions for the operation of the Company’s warehouse facilities - Rules for the operation of organizational and computing equipment - Internal labor regulations, other regulatory acts of the Company - Rules and standards for labor protection, safety rules and fire safety.
