The Regional Revenue Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing revenue across
B-Hospitality’s properties, the Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre, Bayfront Inn, and Windermere House. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective pricing strategies, monitoring market trends, and ensuring financial efficiency and compliance for all B-Hospitality properties.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post-Secondary Degree in, Hospitality Management, Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry with a track record of success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in revenue management tools and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, market trends and distribution channels.
• Familiarity with sales automations and CRM systems.
• Negotiation skills.
• Travel may be required.
