About the Role:
We are looking for an organised and experienced Regional Rostering Support Coordinator to support efficient workforce rostering across our Disability Services.
You will develop and maintain rosters that align with client needs, funding and workforce requirements, while ensuring compliance with SCHADS Award conditions. You will also support staff and clients with roster changes and help identify opportunities to improve rostering practices.
*** This position may be based at either Unanderra or Camden depending on the successful candidate.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain accurate, efficient rosters.
- Ensure rosters align with client needs, funding and award requirements.
- Coordinate roster changes and resolve scheduling issues.
- Manage planned leave and workforce requirements.
- Maintain accurate rostering and workforce data.
- Monitor workforce trends and support workforce planning.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports.
- Coordinate team and stakeholder meetings.
- Support rostering across other regions as required.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Experience in rostering or scheduling, preferably in community or disability services.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using rostering and data management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and systems capability.
- Ability to manage competing priorities.
- Understanding of SCHADS Award conditions and loadings.
