Regional Route Account Manager – Vending & Micro Markets Company: Naturals2Go Plus Location: Savannah, GA Job Type: Full-Time About the Role Naturals2Go Plus is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Regional Route Account Manager to support and grow our vending and micro market operations throughout the Savannah region. This role combines customer relationship management, inventory coordination, route servicing, and light technical troubleshooting to ensure an outstanding client experience. Key Responsibilities Service vending machines and micro markets at customer locations by restocking products and maintaining cleanliness and organization Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing responsive and professional support Monitor inventory levels and replenish products to meet customer demand Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of vending equipment Track inventory usage, sales activity, and spoilage using company systems Remove expired or damaged products following company procedures Coordinate with operations teams regarding machine installations, relocations, and service requests Train customers on machine usage and basic troubleshooting when needed Identify opportunities to increase sales through product recommendations and account growth Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean working condition Complete required administrative tasks, reports, and route documentation accurately and on time Follow all company safety, sanitation, and PPE guidelines Qualifications Previous experience in route sales, customer service, account management, vending, retail, or a related field preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Comfortable performing physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Basic technology skills for inventory tracking and reporting Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed What We Offer Competitive pay Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Company vehicle and equipment provided (where applicable) Supportive team environment Opportunity to work in a fast-growing industry with long-term career potential Why Join Naturals2Go Plus?
