Nouria is a fast-growing convenience store and fuel retailer with locations across the Southeast. We are looking for a hands-on Safety Manager to support our multi-site retail operations in the Savannah Support Center. This role is ideal for a safety professional who thrives in fast-paced, customer-facing environments and enjoys partnering closely with store leaders and frontline teams. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our safety culture across locations in GA, NC, and SC—focusing on practical, store-level solutions that keep employees and guests safe while supporting daily operations. If you have experience in retail, convenience, food service, or other multi-unit environments, and enjoy being in the field driving real impact, we’d love to connect. Qualifications ✔ Experience: 3–5+ years in safety, loss prevention, or operations support within retail, convenience store, food service, or other customer-facing multi-site environments ✔ Industry Focus: Experience managing safety in fast-paced, high-volume retail or store operations strongly preferred ✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, Health & Safety, or related field preferred (or equivalent hands-on experience) ✔ Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of OSHA and applicable safety regulations, with ability to apply them in store-level operations and day-to-day retail activities ✔ Program Execution: Experience supporting or implementing safety programs, audits, inspections, and training across multiple locations ✔ Communication: Strong ability to engage and influence store managers and frontline teams to drive a positive safety culture ✔ Analytical Skills: Ability to identify trends in incidents, address risks, and support practical, store-friendly solutions ✔ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and incident tracking/reporting systems Preferred Certifications CSP or ASP (or in progress) OSHA 10-Hour (General Industry) First Aid/CPR/AED Additional Requirements Ability to travel regularly across GA, NC, and SC to support store locations Comfortable working in active retail environments, including conducting walk-throughs and inspections (standing, walking, lifting to 25–35 lbs.)
