JOB DESCRIPTION

A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:

  • Maintaining and visualizing monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports based on CRM and financial data as well as KPIs,
  • Preparing internal and external presentations with focus on graphical representation of data,
  • Supporting to prepare regular and on demand reports,
  • Providing data and analytics in the requested format for marketing campaigns,
  • Assisting Regional Key Account Managers in preparing client presentations and Quarterly Business Reviews as well as in preparing quotes to customers and coordinating regional RFQs,
  • Participating in regional sales and marketing projects, e.g. trade fairs and events
  • Ensuring business/sales data and analysis is reliable and properly entered into CRM,
  • Analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of sales operations and processes using CRM,
  • Performing consolidation processes and associated reporting within their scope/area of responsibility,
  • Maintaining sales data through activity reporting and analysis,
  • Alerting management when discrepancies or significant gaps are identified,
  • Preparing and updating files and templates required to review and present sales operations based on monthly results, budgets and forecasts,
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of business development and effectiveness of sales operations and processes,
  • Supporting implementation and coordination of sales strategies at all stages of the sales cycle,
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams within each business and region, as well as sales team members, to prepare and communicate insightful results to sales managers/directors and for ongoing sales process improvement,
  • Preparing various financial analyses to support business development/global account/sales reports and press releases,
  • Identifying variances and make recommendations to improve sales procedures and processes,
  • Keeping abreast of all trends and developments in the field.
