JOB SUMMARY:

Native Wound Therapy, a leading provider of advanced wound care solutions, is seeking an innovative and driven Regional Sales and Marketing Director to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives across specified regions, aiming to expand our market presence and optimize patient outcomes through effective marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
As the Regional Sales and Marketing Director, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in communication and outreach, managing relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and healthcare providers.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a sales team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and market trends to make informed decisions
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote Native Wound Therapy’s services and brand awareness
  • Manage and train the sales team for optimal performance, providing mentorship and support
  • Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend action plans to the executive team
  • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and industry partners
  • Organize and attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay ahead of the market and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure product offerings meet the needs of patients and providers
  • Prepare regular reports of sales and marketing performance metrics for review with leadership
