Job Description Get to Know the Team You will join the Sales Operations team, where we partner with Commercial and Product teams to design sales processes across Southeast Asia. We build commercial infrastructure — combining process design, data insights, and sales tools to improve selling effectiveness, increase revenue predictability, and accelerate growth. Get to Know the Role You will design and implement Sales Incentive Plans across Grab Sales Teams in APAC markets. You will work with People Rewards, HR, Regional and Country Sales Leadership, and Country Sales Operations teams to align Sales Incentive Plans with business objectives. We are looking for someone who can design sales compensation structures, analyze business metrics, and manage implementation projects across multiple countries. This role will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and is fully onsite at our One-North's office The Critical Tasks You Will Perform You will: Design and implement sales compensation plans across APAC markets, including plan structure, simulations, training materials, participant support, attainment calculations, and payout management Track and analyze sales compensation plan results, using data to ensure alignment with business goals and market practices, partnering with Data Analytics teams on metric tracking Align target setting processes with sales incentive quotas and policies, working with local Commercial leaders and sales operations teams Improve operational workflows, streamlining compensation processes and providing program updates to leadership Ensure process compliance and controls, working with senior management and stakeholders across functions to implement new processes and improve existing ones Coordinate with People Rewards team on governance and controls when launching and administering sales compensation plans Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales Operations or related functions, with demonstrated experience launching and managing sales compensation plans, or similar work in sales operations or finance Experience running incentive initiatives, such as SPIFF programs or gamification programs, with specific examples of programs you have designed and managed Data analysis capabilities, with experience investigating business data to inform decisions, analyzing complex business problems, and working with metrics — including proficiency in tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms Change management experience, with a track record of rolling out new sales compensation plans or improving existing ones, including specific examples of how you partnered with cross-functional stakeholders to gain buy-in Project management skills, with experience leading multiple projects with varying timelines simultaneously, and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or similar) Regional experience in Southeast Asia, with understanding of the commercial and cultural context across multiple countries in the region, as you will design compensation plans for sales teams in diverse markets Stakeholder management capabilities, with experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across different functions and regions to align on business objectives and implement processes Additional Information Life at Grab We care about your well-being at Grab, here are some of the global benefits we offer: We have your back with Term Life Insurance and comprehensive Medical Insurance.
