We’re seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Consultant to drive sales growth, expand value adding services, and become a trusted advisor to producers and reseller networks primarily across Gippsland in Victoria. This is more than a sales role. It’s an opportunity to influence herd health, reproductive performance and long-term farm profitability through leading solutions in bovine genetics, breeding programs and precision management. About the Role The Regional Sales Consultant is accountable for achieving and exceeding sales, margin and revenue targets within defined territory budgets. You will deliver individualised customer support across genetics, reproduction and precision management solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor focused on sustainable customer success. You will work directly with producers and through a targeted reseller network to strengthen market leadership and maximise value creation. Key Responsibilities Customer Sales * Develop and execute annual territory sales plans aligned to budget and margin targets * Increase customer share of wallet across the full product portfolio * Identify and win new business opportunities * Nurture and grow key customer relationships * Meet or exceed unit, revenue and profitability targets * Monitor customer satisfaction and manage feedback or complaints effectively Reseller Network Development * Identify, onboard and develop select resellers to optimise route to market * Strengthen brand loyalty and market leadership in bovine genetics and reproductive solutions Market Intelligence * Share regular insights on industry trends, competitor activity and buying behaviours * Provide feedback on marketing effectiveness and growth opportunities * Contribute to broader business development strategies About You You are commercially astute, relationship-driven and outcome-focused. You combine technical understanding with strong sales discipline and thrive in a territory-based environment where autonomy and accountability go hand in hand.
