  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel/stay away when required.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an ambitious Regional Sales Controller to lead and inspire our Grocery field operations for Ferrero in the North of the UK.
As the driving force behind a team of Regional Sales Managers, you’ll coach, develop, and motivate them to exceed ambitious KPIs, while ensuring our premium brands are showcased at their absolute best in-store.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of Regional Sales Managers to deliver and exceed performance targets. (RSM’s manage our Field Reps)
  • Analyse results, spot trends, and make strategic recommendations to grow your region and the channel.
  • Maintain exceptional store standards, with a particular focus on high-turnover London locations.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and the Ferrero account team.
  • Manage VIP visits, ensuring stores are presentation-perfect.
  • Implement personal development plans for your team to ensure long-term growth and success.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market conditions to identify opportunities for increased returns.
  • Support strategic projects and bring insight-led recommendations to senior stakeholders.
