JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Director to take full ownership of a strategic business unit delivering integrated system solutions and high-specification technology products. You will be responsible for driving both short- and long-term growth, scaling operations, and leading a high-performing regional sales team. This role requires strong strategic leadership, a proven track record in solution sales, and the ability to manage cross-border collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in regional/global B2B sales, with strong leadership in solution-based selling.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of digital and smart technologies, including AI, IoT, cloud solutions, and data analytics.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven experience in strategic planning and business growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in a multinational or high-growth technology environment is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel regionally and collaborate across cross-functional, multicultural teams.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow key revenue streams across smart system solutions and high-tech product sales.
  • Develop and implement robust sales strategies to exceed revenue and margin goals.
  • Oversee the entire commercial cycle, including pipeline development, strategic partnerships, bid management, and deal closure.
  • Manage a high-performance sales team through strategic direction, mentorship, and performance reviews.
  • Own the P&L for the business unit, ensuring efficient budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
  • Lead major tender submissions and proposal development for large-scale opportunities.
  • Build and sustain strong networks with key stakeholders across industries and government sectors.
  • Collaborate with global business units to align strategies, share best practices, and drive regional synergy.
