Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Regional Sales Director, you’ll be the face of Imperial Pools in your territory. Your primary mission is to increase sales and profitability by:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our dealers.
  • Identifying and onboarding new accounts to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborating with our manufacturing sales team to create strategic growth plans.
  • Training dealers on the value and use of our diverse product lines, from pool panels to vinyl liners.
  • Meeting and exceeding corporate sales goals and objectives.
  • Communicating and implementing sales programs to drive results.
  • Solving customer problems and acting as a key liaison between our customers and the company.

This role requires a significant amount of travel, up to 70%, but offers the autonomy to manage your territory effectively.
