Infusion for Health is a referral-based infusion center that services all providers in multiple locations in California, Arizona, Nevada, Washington, Colorado, and Missouri. Our center is unique and offers individual comfortable private rooms for our patients. Our mission is to provide exceptional service in the administration of infusion therapy in a comfortable, patient-focused environment by providing exemplary professional clinical care. The Regional Sales Director- California is responsible for leading commercial growth across the state, with a focus on Abulatory Infusion Centers and Specialty Pharmacy. This leader will own regional strategy, drive high-value referral growth, and build strong provider and payer relationships while coaching a high-performing field team. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets in infusion and specialty pharmacy. * Lead, coach, and develop a team of field sales professionals across California, fostering a performance-driven, patient-centric culture. * Identify and prioritize high-value physician practices, health systems, and IDNs; drive referral capture and channel optimization (AIC vs. home infusion vs. SP). * Partner with Operations, Managed Care, and Pharmacy leadership to align on access, contracting, and market expansion plans. * Use data and dashboards to manage territory performance, identify gaps, and course-correct quickly. * Represent the region’s voice in strategic planning and new site launches. Qualifications * 7+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a sales leadership role (Regional Director/AVP/VP or equivalent). * Minimum 3 years of experience in infusion and/or specialty pharmacy sales, preferably with high-value biologics or complex therapies. * Deep understanding of referral workflows, payers, prior authorizations, and site-of-care dynamics. * Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent. * Strong analytical skills and comfort managing the business through data. * California-based (or willing to relocate) with the ability to travel frequently across the state.
