Job Title: Regional Sales Director
Branches Covered: Swindon, Bristol, Exeter, Bodmin, Swansea, Treforest, Cardiff, Reading, Ferndown, Portsmouth
At Keyline, we play a vital role in Britain’s infrastructure projects by providing specialist civils products and solutions to the construction industry. We supply everything from drainage and groundworks to sustainable solutions for some of the country’s most important projects, helping to build a better future for the UK.
Christina Dell, our Regional Director, South, is now recruiting a Regional Sales Director to help shape the future of our business in the South West and Wales.
As a Regional Sales Director, you will set the strategic direction for our sales operations, working closely with Christina, the Regional Key Account Managers and branches, and the National Sales team. You will be the key point of contact for regional and national customers, ensuring we deliver best-in-class solutions. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to unlock new opportunities, win projects, and achieve outstanding commercial results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Work with senior leadership to create a clear, focused sales plan that drives growth in new and existing markets
  • Build Customer Relationships: Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, ensuring we meet their needs and deliver exceptional service on every project
  • Drive Supplier Collaboration: Build best in class relationships with our strategic suppliers to develop mutually beneficial project pipelines and work winning methods
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Coach and mentor Account Managers, Sales Leads, and branch colleagues to foster a culture of excellence, growth, and collaboration
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify commercial opportunities, track project pipelines, and expand our customer base through targeted business development activities.
  • Enhance Sales Processes: Foster a culture that uses management tools (e.g., CRM, QMS, Sales Hub) to optimise sales activities and improve project tracking and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the regional sales colleagues and national teams to facilitate smoother project execution, improve customer service, and maximise business outcomes.
