JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts across the West Coast, Portland US.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales, management, and business development, with a strong focus on B2B sales and technology solutions. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to foster relationships with clients while driving revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales is essential.
  • A minimum of 10 years of proven “IT sales” experience in the Manufacturing domain.
  • Strong understanding of the technology sector and market dynamics on the West Coast.
  • Strong management experience with a focus on leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for account management and analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on motivating teams toward achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and relationship building.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer service while driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Own and track new logo acquisition in the region. Bring industry relationships and networks to identify and win new logos
  • Manage growth and relationships across existing accounts in the region
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the West Coast market.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, delivery, and customer support, to ensure alignment and success in sales initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.
