JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Senior Sales Director of Asia, the Regional Sales Director (RSD) holds a key position that requires a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about surveillance and is highly customer focused and efficient.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Basic Requirements

  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Responsibilities
  • Develop regional sales plans and execute in alignment with business objectives
  • Train and supervise a team of channel account manager and representatives to ensure a unified sales force
  • Oversee and manage the sale of Motorola Solutions Video Security & Access Control products and services within the specified territory.
  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with both Channel partners and Key Global accounts.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Possess strong understanding of the security and surveillance landscape within the assign geographic locations.
  • Research and seek out potential major clients and forge beneficial relationships
  • Identify emerging markets that could be valuable to the businessServe as a representative of the company at conferences, events, trade shows, and other industry functions
