Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead, coach, and develop our Plumbing Advisors across Florida and Birmingham, AL. This leadership role is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, increasing close rates and average ticket, and expanding water treatment sales performance across all assigned markets. This is a field-based leadership position requiring consistent in-person coaching, ride-alongs, and travel between branches. This role is not remote. The ideal candidate combines strong plumbing and water treatment sales expertise with proven success developing residential in-home sales teams through structured coaching and accountability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES REVENUE & SALES LEADERSHIP * Increase close rates and average ticket performance across assigned Advisors * Drive measurable growth in water treatment sales and financing utilization * Reinforce consistent execution of the Company Sales System * Strengthen needs-based selling and value-driven proposal presentation * Align performance standards with brand expectations WATER TREATMENT GROWTH (REQUIRED EXPERIENCE) * Serve as regional subject matter expert in residential water treatment solutions * Coach Advisors on water testing, product education, and objection handling * Increase sales of filtration systems, softeners, and system upgrades * Partner with vendors to enhance product knowledge and promotional initiatives * Identify market opportunities specific to regional water conditions FIELD COACHING & DEVELOPMENT * Conduct regular ride-alongs and in-home coaching sessions * Provide structured, actionable feedback following sales calls * Develop performance improvement plans when necessary * Replicate best practices from top-performing Advisors * Reduce performance variability across markets PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT Monitor and improve key metrics including: * Close Rate (Generated & Marketed Leads) * Average Sale Ticket * Water Treatment Sales * Financing Utilization * Membership Sales & Renewals * Conduct weekly performance reviews * Partner with Branch Managers and Regional Leadership * Address underperformance proactively and constructively QUALIFICATIONS * Minimum 5 years of experience leading residential in-home sales teams * Strong background in plumbing sales * Direct experience selling and coaching water treatment solutions (required) * Demonstrated success improving close rates and average ticket through field coaching * Experience conducting ride-alongs and structured sales development * Comfortable traveling extensively across multiple states * Strong communication and leadership skills * Data-driven with a field-oriented approach WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE * Increased regional revenue growth * Double-digit growth in water treatment sales * Improved close rates and average ticket * Higher financing utilization * Consistent execution of sales standards across all branches * Strong performance culture with high team engagement COMPENSATION & BENEFITS * $80,000 Base Salary * Performance-Based Bonus Structure * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401(k) with Company Match * Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays * Company vehicle or travel reimbursement (as applicable) * Professional development and leadership growth opportunities * Established brand with strong operational support This is an opportunity to lead sales performance across multiple markets while developing high-performing Advisors within a respected national brand.
