SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Director at SolarWinds is responsible for driving significant revenue growth in the assigned region by leveraging the full range of SolarWinds products. Reporting to the VP Sales EMEA and working remotely, this role involves direct sales efforts and working closely with channel partners to achieve aggressive revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in solution-oriented software sales and experience with desktop management software.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions-oriented software sales, ideally 10 years.
  • Strong technical sales history in large and enterprise accounts.
  • Extensive understanding of Secure Access technologies and channel sales.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts at the senior/executive level.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines and follow up effectively.
  • Experience working with value-added resellers (VARs) and understanding their business model.
  • Willingness to travel regionally to meet customers, partners, and attend events.
